Under his captaincy, the team learns that being pushed and being supported aren’t opposites.

Brax has a reputation for pushing teammates past the point they want to stop, not out of pressure, but out of respect. “Struggling means you’re growing” isn’t just a saying to Brax, it’s a lived truth, and it’s why teammates trust Brax to tell them the hard stuff and stand beside them through it.
