How do I create an account and register for tournaments?

Creating an account is completely free. Click the "Join Up" button in the top navigation, fill out your player profile, and verify your email. Once registered, you can browse the Tournaments page and click "Register" on any open event that matches your skill level and platform.

What are the rules for participating in official 1UP tournaments?

All participants must adhere to the 1UP Esports Global Rulebook, which covers competitive integrity, anti-cheat measures, and player conduct. Specific game rules (like format, map pools, and character bans) are listed on individual tournament pages. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or account suspension.

Who do I contact if I experience technical issues during a match?

If you experience a disconnect, server crash, or dispute during an active tournament, immediately use the "Request Admin" button in your match lobby. For non-urgent technical issues with the website or your account, please submit a ticket through our Contact page.

How is my personal data and account security handled?

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Security Settings. We never sell your data to third parties, and you have full control over what information is visible on your public profile.

Can I stream my tournament matches on Twitch or YouTube?

Yes! We highly encourage players to stream their POVs. However, to maintain competitive integrity and prevent stream-sniping, we require a minimum delay of 3 minutes for all live broadcasts during official tournament matches. Be sure to include "1UP Esports" in your stream title!
